Our business days run Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next working day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST are automatically queued for the following business day to maintain careful handling and accuracy.
Orders submitted on Sundays or major holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
B. Additional Processing Time for Special Orders
Customized or personalized items, including names, text, artwork, or unique designs, require an additional 1–3 business days to allow proper design review and production checks.
Bulk or wholesale orders of more than 50 items may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability and production workload.
Special orders often involve coordination between multiple teams, which can extend processing time.
Same-day processing is available only for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM EST.
