Cowboybest offers a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within this timeframe, provided that the following conditions are met.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage not caused during shipping.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
Valid proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email or receipt is required.

These requirements help us ensure all returned products remain suitable for resale and meet our quality standards.

We do not include pre-printed return labels in our packages. This approach helps reduce unnecessary waste.

C. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@cowboybest.com and include the following information.

Your full name and order number.
Proof of purchase such as a confirmation email or screenshot.
The reason for the return.

If the item is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the problem. This allows us to review and resolve your request more efficiently.

Once your return is delivered back to us and inspected, typically within 24 hours, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days, though your bank may require an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds.

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cowboybest will take care of the issue promptly.

Please email support@cowboybest.com with your order number and clear photos or video evidence.
Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

E. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible cases, including defective items, incorrect sizes, damaged products, or items shipped in error.
For approved exchanges, customers are not responsible for return shipping fees. Contact support@cowboybest.com for assistance, and we will ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

F. Refunds

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. You will be notified by email whether your refund request is approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

G. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Please review your shipping address and order details carefully before completing checkout. Cowboybest is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
